Recover Pass

Avatar Star does not store passwords in plain text in the database.

To generate a new password you must follow the steps below:

  1. Enter your username and click the Send button.
  2. We will send you an email with a confirmation code.
  3. Once received, enter your username again and confirmation code.
  4. We will send you an email with a new password.
  5. Finally, You can change it once you are logged in the My Account section.
